The Net Suite Operations and Supply Chain Administrator serves as a key owner of L.A.B. Golf’s core operational business systems, ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Net Suite across manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment functions. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Net Suite solutions that support end‑to‑end operational execution, including inventory management, production workflows, MRP, and global order fulfillment, while partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, IT, and cross‑functional business leaders to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions that enable efficient execution and long‑term growth.
As one of two Net Suite Administrator roles within the organization, this position focuses specifically on operational systems and supply chain enablement, playing a critical role in supporting day‑to‑day business operations while also driving system enhancements, process optimization, and data integrity across a fast‑growing, globally integrated environment.
- Own Net Suite functional areas supporting Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Supply Chain, Logistics, Serialization, Ship Central, and related operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary Net Suite subject matter expert for Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize inventory management, fulfillment, and operational workflows within Net Suite.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain leadership to design, enhance, and continuously improve Net Suite MRP functionality for domestic and international operations.
- Support end‑to‑end operational execution by ensuring system processes align with real‑world manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics needs.
- Manage full system lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑launch support.
- Identify and assess upstream and downstream impacts of Net Suite customizations, workflows, and new functionality.
- Support Net Suite release updates, including regression testing and validation of critical operational processes.
- Ensure system changes are properly documented, tested, and deployed with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operational systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system enhancements to support global growth and operational maturity.
- Collaborate with business leaders to streamline workflows across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics functions.
- Support standardization of operational processes across regions and business units.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and system knowledge base articles.
- Train end users on Net Suite functionality, operational workflows, and best practices.
- Support onboarding of new users within Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
- Promote user adoption and system consistency through ongoing education and documentation.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, fixes, and new functionality.
- Validate system changes to ensure accuracy in inventory, order processing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Document test cases, results, and issue resolutions to ensure system reliability and audit readiness.
- Support structured change management practices to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Develop and maintain a robust library of Net Suite reports, saved searches, Suite Analytics datasets, and workbooks to support operational and strategic reporting needs.
