Senior Digital Analyst

We are looking for an analytics expert to join the Performance Management Team of a well‑known mobile bank.

Your main challenge is to bring insights and continuously improve all online platforms to reach commercial and strategic goals based on your data analyses.

• Operate as an active member/owner of a continuous improvement analytics loop, working closely with colleagues in analysing and testing all online platforms.
• Understand prospects and customers to optimise their UX and sustain online sales.
• Enhance customer experience (online and offline) and optimise interfaces.
• Help the marketing department build strong campaigns.
• Pro‑actively search for opportunities (based on relevant data and UX insights) to improve and optimise sites, apps and digital campaigns.
• Create management/metrics/KPI dashboards to improve reporting and monitoring of digital channels.
• Work with close partners to develop a digital analytics structure.
• Set up projects in cooperation with internal clients and marketing departments.
• Lead analytics and optimisation workshops with UX experts, channel managers and business owners.
• Communicate results of the projects in progress.

• At least 5 years of experience on similar projects.
• Passion for analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong interest in online marketing, web/mobile, and web analytics.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B and MVT testing and UX optimisation tools (e.g., Clicktail).
• Knowledge of data exploitation/business intelligence tools like SAS, Business Objects, Excel.
• Excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge or interest in DMP is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
