Job Description

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals
• Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting processes
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall business performance

• Step in for the Manager in their absence, making critical decisions when necessary

• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a related industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and sound judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
• Experience in cash handling, inventory management, and financial reporting

Stooping/Bending:
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers cannot flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching/Squatting:
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching:
Continuously up, down, and forward. Workers reach above 72 inches occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. Workers reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel or washing dishes. Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Hand Tasks:
Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Continuous use of hands. Frequent activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter. Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.

Team members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, the pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids:
Workers may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

Deliver product by car and then to the door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards. Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Carrying:
During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Driving:
Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; a team member may make several deliveries per shift. Walking:
Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer’s location. Climbing:
During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
