Irrigation Purchasing – Order Manager

We're hiring an Irrigation Purchasing - Order Manager who will oversee the procurement inventory control and supply chain of Irrigation materials for Irrigation systems.

We are full service Agricultural Irrigation, Tractor and Electrical dealership located in St. Paul, OR (about 10 minutes NW of Woodburn, Oregon and 30 miles SW of Portland, Oregon). We design and sell Irrigation systems and equipment, sell Tractors, Mowers and implements, stock parts, and service what we sell. We have a family atmosphere, caring about each other and having strong relationships with our customers.

• Agriculture irrigation experience preferred
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, parts, materials, or agricultural equipment is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple orders, vendors, and delivery timelines
• Comfortable working with sales, shipping, parts, and customer-facing teams
• Budget-conscious with the ability to track material costs against project needs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable and able to work full time year-round
• Willingness to grow with the position as responsibilities expand

• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and supply chain activities for irrigation system materials
• Source and manage relationships with approved vendors
• Place and manage bulk material orders to support project needs
• Track deliveries and coordinate timing to keep projects moving efficiently
• Monitor material costs and align purchasing decisions with project budgets
• Assist customers with irrigation parts, materials, and order-related needs as needed
• Coordinate with the Sales and Shipping departments to reduce project delays
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to maintain adequate stock inventory
• Ensure inventory supports system design component requirements
• Help identify purchasing and inventory process improvements as the role grows
