Vehicle Condition Inspector

Floorplan Xpress, a leader in auto dealer financing, is seeking a Vehicle Condition Inspector for the Portland/Boise/Spokane market. This field‑based role requires extensive travel and plays a key part in evaluating vehicles, supporting account management, and building lasting relationships with our dealer partners.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and take photographs on dealer lots to document vehicle condition.
• Assign vehicle ratings and report any damage or discrepancies.
• Assist with vehicle recovery, condition reports, and occasional title delivery.
• Support Account Managers and the branch team with field collections.
• Identify and report suspicious or unusual dealer activity.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships in your assigned territory.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Strong self‑motivation and initiative.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized, with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable driving for long periods.
