A community-focused facility in St. Paul, Oregon is looking for a Maintenance Technician II. This role involves inspections, maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, and building repairs. Ideal candidates should have an Associate’s Degree in Building Maintenance or equivalent experience, along with the ability to obtain a Special boiler’s license.
