HotelManapany Recruits Its Future Chief Valet-Baggage Handler For The Season!
Position to be filled starting October 20, 2026.
MAIN TASKSThe chief valet oversees the parking and handling operations of vehicles to ensure an effective and quality service for clients. He directs a team of valets and ensures that all vehicles are taken care of and returned securely.
GENERAL TASKS1. Supervision of the Valet Team
- Train and manage a team of valets.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide clear guidelines and feedback to the team.
2. Management of Parking Operations
- Ensure effective coordination of the parking of clients' vehicles.
- Manage parking areas and ensure they are clean and organized.
- Ensure compliance with the company's parking policies.
3. Customer Service
- Manage client arrivals and departures, making trips to or from the airport/port.
- Offer professional and courteous service to clients.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a satisfactory manner.
4. Maintenance and Care of Vehicles
- Ensure that vehicles are handled with care and safety.
- Report potential mechanical problems or vehicle damages.
5. Management of Keys and Documents
- Securely manage vehicle keys and associated documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality of client information.
- Mandatory driving license.
- Previous experience in a valet role.
- Team management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of road safety and parking rules.
- Ability to drive different types of vehicles (driving license required).
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- 3% monthly employee contribution.
