Description Of The PositionThe Spa Supervisor is responsible for the operational functioning of the spa as well as the quality of the customer experience. He/she supervises the team of practitioners, ensures the quality of the services provided, and guarantees the respect of service, hygiene, and commercial performance standards.
He/she plays a key role in daily organization, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of the spa's objectives.
Main Missions1. Supervision Of Care And Quality Of Service
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the treatments provided in the spa.
- Ensure compliance with care protocols and Dr. Hauschka brand standards.
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage any complaints.
- Perform the treatments on the menu.
2. Management And Supervision Of Teams
- Supervise, animate, and organize the work of spa practitioners.
- Create schedules according to activity.
- Train and support new recruits.
- Evaluate individual and collective performance.
- Maintain a positive and professional team dynamic.
- Report information to the Head Receptionist and Management.
3. Operational Management Of The Spa
- Supervise reservations, cabin occupancy, and care planning on Planity.
- Optimize the occupancy rate and manage client flows.
- Ensure the availability of products, consumables, and linen.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and report any malfunctions.
4. Hygiene, Safety, And Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
- Monitor the maintenance of cabins, common areas, and technical zones.
- Ensure compliance of practices with current regulations.
5. Customer Relations And Spa Image
- Provide high-quality customer reception and follow-up.
- Advise clients on suitable treatments and products.
- Promote offers and make additional sales (products, treatments, packages).
- Contribute to the premium image and reputation of the spa.
6. Administrative Follow-Up And Reporting
- Monitor activity indicators (revenue, occupancy rate, sales).
- Perform and follow up on spa-related invoicing.
- Manage the cash register.
- Report information to management.
- Participate in stock and order management.
- Degree in aesthetics, spa, massage, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in spa and team management.
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and premium service sense.
- Good organization and ability to manage priorities.
- Knowledge of care techniques and cosmetic products.
- Mastery of spa hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to work in a team and to rally others.
