The Golf Course Superintendent is the senior agronomic leader responsible for the overall condition, presentation, and long-term health of the entire golf course, practice facilities, and associated grounds, as well as the leadership and development of the golf maintenance team. This leader sets the agronomic vision and daily execution standard for the department - planning, organizing, and directing all course maintenance operations to deliver consistent, exemplary playing conditions that reflect Brasada Ranch's standing as a premier resort and residential community.
As the resort continues to grow, the Superintendent is expected not only to maintain, but to actively elevate course conditions, championing continuous improvement, sound environmental stewardship, and thoughtful capital and renovation planning. The Superintendent oversees the equipment maintenance and repair operation, procures supplies and materials within budgetary limits, maintains records of all maintenance activities and costs, prepares and presents the annual golf course maintenance and capital budgets, and leads all recruiting and talent acquisition for the department.
