Job DescriptionUnder the authority of the STIS Manager, the Assistant to the Center Chief will have the following missions:
- Support the Center Chief in the management of the fire station (functioning of the Center)
- Lead, maintain, and develop the skills of SPP and SPV resources at the Fire Station (forecasting job roles and skills, management and organization of training and sports)
- Communicate internally and externally under the authority of the Center Chief and Service
- Assistance and rescue for persons, victims of accidents
- Ensure, coordinate, and organize the implementation of the training of STIS personnel
- Ensure technological and pedagogical training monitoring
- Design, implement, and coordinate the training actions programmed in the annual training calendar
- Develop and ensure the follow-up of the multi-year training plan of the STIS
- Firefighting mission
- Participate in the supervision of internships
- Preparation and realization of the RIF and RIC of the STIS
- Protection of property and the environment against disasters of all kinds
- Carry out all tasks requested by the superior hierarchical position
- Draft the internal training references of the STIS and certification
- Follow the maintenance of the acquired
- Replace the Center Chief (Head of STIS) in case of absence
- Participate in Crisis Management
- Ensure the management of the FEU training plateau of the STIS (fire boxes)
- Ensure the management, control, and follow-up of the SPP/SPV schedules of the Center
- Operationally fit / Group Leader / FI LTN SPP
- Coastal boat permit
- Driver's license
- Heavy goods vehicle permit
- Training designer who holds or commits to conducting the training
- SPP specialty: PRV2 diploma, up-to-date recycling, IBNB3 held or committed to conducting the training, Crisis Management
- Specialty SAV3 or USAR3 highly appreciated
- Desired SP specialties: SAV, USAR, fire boxes
- Operationally fit Group Leader: training designer and PAE FDF
- Ability to command a rescue or secure position as COS
- Ability to report
