Pensions Operations Manager, Defined Contribution Schemes

We’re looking for an experienced DC Operations Manager who can combine strong technical pensions knowledge with people leadership, outsourced provider management and a genuine drive to improve the member experience. You’ll take a leading role in overseeing DC administration and service standards, managing and developing the team, and building a strong relationship with the outsourced administration provider, ensuring services remain compliant, efficient and member focused.

As a DC subject matter expert, you’ll confidently tackle complex administration issues, operational risks, complaints and service challenges, while also getting involved in projects, system testing, change, MI and senior-level reporting. You’ll bring strong knowledge of DC pensions administration, legislation and regulation, alongside the leadership, relationship management and problem-solving skills to challenge, improve and make things happen.
