Job Summary:

Operations will safely and effectively operate machinery at assigned work zones for Dillard MDF - Armorite Trim.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Interact cooperatively and productively with supervisors, co-workers and other support staff and vendors

* Willing to actively train new team members

* Willing to cross train on new jobs, skills and perform other duties as assigned

* Clean-up and Maintain production equipment; including but not limited to machine operation, and forklift operation

Physical Requirements:

* Lift, walk, stoop, stand, push / pulling for up to 12 hours/day in a loud, non-climate-controlled environment

* Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds at a time

Preferred Skills/Abilities/

Qualifications:

* Experience in manufacturing, military, industrial, farming, agriculture, landscaping, carpentry, mechanical, or construction environment

* Previous operator experience with advanced technologies

* 18 months+ consistent work history
