Overview
Production Associate - Harrisburg, OR, USA
ResponsibilitiesThe Production Associate will perform multiple tasks while paying particular attention to detail. Must be able to follow specific direction and differentiate among a wide variety of materials. Process materials to specified requirements ensuring top quality and accuracy. Visually inspect material being produced for defects and correct defects as necessary. Duties are assigned according to a daily production schedule. The role requires good manual dexterity, basic reading, writing and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a regular basis.
Adhere to all proper PPE requirements and guidelines. Work four (4) ten-hour shifts Monday – Thursday and overtime as required.
- High School Diploma or the equivalent
- Strong Positive Work Ethic

- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Support the team in achieving all Safety, Production and Quality goals
- Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations
- Must pass criminal background check/physical/drug screen
