As a Laborer, you will support daily workflows by safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets, operating forklifts, and assisting with general warehouse and production tasks. Your contributions will help ensure seamless operations and a productive work environment.

What You'll Do:
As a Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets to facilitate efficient production flow.
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the facility.
• Supporting general warehouse and production activities to maintain a smooth workflow.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 6 months of prior experience in production or warehouse settings.
• Prior forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing up to 40 lbs consistently.
• A strong commitment to safety protocols and efficient work practices.
