Production Manager

Overview

• Operation of various concrete plants in a safe and efficient manner.
• Batching concrete loads according to mix designs and specifications.
• Maintenance of the plants by cleaning and greasing on a set schedule.
• Maintain a detailed log of all plant activities that occur throughout each day.
• Coordinate tanker delivery, concrete dispatch, concrete operations and others as necessary to ensure a smooth operation of the plant.
• Ensure that all products produced meet or exceed customers  expectations regarding quality and service.
• Order all materials daily for production.
• Responsible for quality products.
• Perform general laboring duties as necessary.
• Safely operate various equipment as needed.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to work various times during day, night or weekend hours, at various locations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
