Job Title: Mill Production
Pay: Starting at $23.77/hour + shift differentials $1.50/hour for nights $3.00/hour for weekend/nights
Hours: Swing & Graveyard Shifts Available

As a Mill Production team member, you'll play a key role in supporting daily mill operations. You'll work closely with experienced crews to ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

What You'll Do
As an integral member of the production team, you will:
Assist in the operation of mill equipment and production lines.
Sort, stack, and move materials throughout the facility.
Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

• Full leather over-the-ankle work boots (mandatory).

• Flexibility to work swing or graveyard shifts as needed.

• Strong reliability, work ethic, and a team-player attitude.

• Experience in general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
