Tubing Extruder Operator

Senior Extrusion Operator Join Our Production Team We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tubing Extruder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating extrusion equipment, maintaining production quality standards, and working safely in a fast-paced production environment. This is a new extrusion process for our company, so we are seeking someone who can bring hands-on experience, help establish efficient production practices, and contribute to building a successful operation from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor tubing extrusion machines

Adjust machine settings to maintain product specifications and quality standards

Inspect tubing products for defects, measurements, and consistency

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues during production runs Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment

Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

Work closely with quality control and production teams to meet daily goals

Train new operators
