Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Mill Laborer, you'll thrive in a fast-paced sawmill environment, pulling, stacking, and grading green lumber while upholding safety and production standards.

What You'll Do
As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Pulling, sorting, and stacking lumber from the chain (up to 26 ft boards)

• Visually inspecting lumber for defects to meet quality standards

• Maintaining a steady production pace to optimize workflow

• Assisting with various general mill labor tasks as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience working in a heavy labor role

• Strong ability to work in varying weather conditions

• Capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation to commute to work
