Treske Precision Machining, Inc. is a precision & quality driven machine shop. We serve Space & Defense, Aerospace, Electronics and Commercial Customers. We are technology driven, incorporating the latest CNC, measuring and robotic machine loading and inspection equipment. It is most important that our clients see our conscious efforts in providing a clean and quality facility. Our On‑The‑Clock training is for the improvement of all employees and we WILL TRAIN the right person for this position.

The Floor Tech is also a vital part of our continued effort in creating an environment and culture from which all employees are proud.

• Perform traditional custodian tasks and other related duties such as floor care and machine cleaning
• Offer assistance to facilities maintenance personnel in basic grounds maintenance and minor building repairs
• Pay special attention to any area in which a customer may visit, including bathrooms, lunch rooms and manufacturing public areas. Positive customer impressions are important to our executives and this position plays a major role in making positive impressions a reality
• Willingness to perform daily tasks as outlined in a written guide
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous custodian or janitorial experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills – able to communicate via email and fill out a Maintenance work order (training provided)
• Ability and willingness to adapt to an ever‑changing production environment
• Initiative – willingness to take care of obvious issues before being told to

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and move about the facilities, with and without carts and wheeled bins
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, odors and the outdoors
