Who We Are

Our client has been a trusted provider of heavy‑duty steel products for contractors throughout Oregon and Washington for over 30 years. In the 1990s, they expanded their reach to Hawaii, American Samoa, and Guam—supplying not only heavy‑duty steel products but also complete structures such as wastewater treatment plants. During that time, they also began producing massive coated steel tables (tool pedestals) for clean‑room environments used by one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers.

Today, their product line includes bridge and pedestrian railings for major infrastructure projects across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. With decades of proven experience, they continue to operate as a versatile fabricator meeting ODOT, WDOT, HDOT, AWS, and WABO standards.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator for the next 6‑8 weeks with strong hands‑on experience in structural and production environments. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on welding and fabricating components for production equipment and facility systems, ensuring quality, durability, and alignment with operational needs.

You’ll be responsible for performing repairs and custom fabrication—cutting, fitting, and welding parts as needed to keep operations running efficiently. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to problem‑solve through fabrication‑based solutions.

This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in clean welds, precise fabrication, and being the go‑to person for keeping equipment up and running.

What You Need to Have
  • 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience
  • Proficiency in basic fabrication
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Blueprint and weld symbol familiarity
