Location: North Plains, Oregon.

Compensation: DOE.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright to support mill operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance on sawmill and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnose and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems
  • Conduct equipment installations and modifications as needed
  • Perform welding and fabrication repairs
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work
  • Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing or lumber mill environments preferred
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
  • Welding and fabrication experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong safety mindset
