Compensation: DOE.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm.

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician / Millwright to support mill operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring safe, efficient plant performance.
What You’ll Do- Perform preventative maintenance on sawmill and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Diagnose and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and drive systems
- Conduct equipment installations and modifications as needed
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance work
- Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
- Previous experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in manufacturing or lumber mill environments preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong safety mindset
