• Review engineering drawings and customer requirements to develop manufacturing strategies that ensure parts meet specifications from start to finish.
• Create detailed process documentation and setup instructions to guide machinists through the manufacturing process.
• Program CNC Mills, Lathes, and Wire EDM machines using the latest Master Cam software.
• Develop written manufacturing strategies, including fixturing and tooling requirements for each project.
• Plan projects and create process paperwork from part drawings and models to support production activities.
• Read, understand, and make adjustments to G & M code as needed.
• Troubleshoot programming and manufacturing issues, implementing effective solutions to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Strong proficiency programming CNC Mills, Lathes, and Wire EDM machines using Master Cam software.
• Experience developing manufacturing strategies for weldments and fully machined components.
• Ability to create and document manufacturing processes from start to finish.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools and controls.
• Strong understanding of tooling selection and machining strategies for complex geometries.
• Extensive experience with 2-axis, 3-axis, and 4-axis CNC programming.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret GD&T requirements.
• Strong machine shop math skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Experience programming complex weldments of varying sizes.
• Background in prototype and production manufacturing environments.
