Press Brake Operator

Opti Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator in Boring, OR. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. The position is full‑time, with day or swing shift options.

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Perform bump forming and complex forming operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Troubleshoot forming issues and optimize production processes.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• $24.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation to Boring, OR.

• Welding experience.
• Plasma cutting experience.
• General fabrication experience.
• Experience working in a custom fabrication environment.
