Position

CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Programming Support

This position reports directly to the Programming Manager and serves as a key link between the Programming Department and the Production Floor.

Responsibilities
  • Support and monitor first‑run ("pilot") CNC programs during production startup
  • Make programming adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and ensure successful production runs
  • Work closely with machinists, setup technicians, and manufacturing personnel to resolve issues in real time
  • Update Mastercam programs and setup documentation to reflect process improvements and production changes
  • Assist with troubleshooting machining, tooling, and programming challenges
  • Help drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process
Qualifications
  • CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam, or a strong aptitude and desire to learn.
  • Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • 6 years of programming experience.
