Compensation: $30-$35/hr DOE

Shift Options: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Programming Support
This position reports directly to the Programming Manager and serves as a key link between the Programming Department and the Production Floor.
Responsibilities- Support and monitor first‑run ("pilot") CNC programs during production startup
- Make programming adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and ensure successful production runs
- Work closely with machinists, setup technicians, and manufacturing personnel to resolve issues in real time
- Update Mastercam programs and setup documentation to reflect process improvements and production changes
- Assist with troubleshooting machining, tooling, and programming challenges
- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process
- CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam, or a strong aptitude and desire to learn.
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- 6 years of programming experience.
