CNC Machinist
As a CNC Machinist, you will review mechanical drawings and engineering information to determine the methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products. You will also be responsible for determining product dimensions and tolerances.

- Determine product dimensions and tolerances.
- Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel to exchange technical information.
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for machinery work.
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders.
- Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with CNC Mill and CNC Lathe operations.
- Knowledge of G code and M code.
- Ability to use micrometers and calipers.
- Familiarity with Fanuc control systems.
- Experience in manual machining and machining setup.
- Understanding of axis and tooling operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a machine shop environment.
- Experience with Haas machines is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philomath, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
