Sanitation Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 17.25 to $ 19.25 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Third Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 10:00pm to 06:30am)
- 1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM
- 2nd Shift: 2PM-10:30PM
- 3rd Shift: 10PM-3:30AM
- Transports pallets from the packaging line to the distribution center
- Delivers empty pallets to the production line
- Delivers packaging materials to the production line
- Wraps loaded pallets according to company guidelines
- Ensures electric jacks are in working order and reports problems to the maintenance department
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Follows company safety guidelines
Sanitation Technician
Qualifications:
- Previous sanitation, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Experience using cleaning equipment, chemicals, pressure washers, and hand tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement
- Comfortable working in wet, cold, or fast-paced production environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), PPE requirements, and company safety standards
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends if needed
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and safety guidelines
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
