Elwood Staffing - 3515 Pacific Blvd. SW - Responsibilities:
Perform FCAW (3G) welding and pass required weld tests on 1 thick steel;
Read blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings;
Operate air arc gouging equipment for back gouging;
Grind and prep steel using 90° grinders and air tools;
Set welding machines per procedure charts (volts, amps, wire feed speed)
