As a Mill Worker, you'll support various departments within the facility, assisting with the movement and processing of lumber. This role offers a chance to develop versatile skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the production of world-class wood products.

What You'll Do As a Mill Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Moving lumber materials around the plant, including pulling, stacking, and positioning—primarily by hand with repetitive gripping involved
• Possibly operating forklifts and other equipment as needed
• Operating various wood processing machines, including cutting, gluing, shaping, or finishing wood and glulam
• Supporting different departments, including sorting, stacking, and machine support
• Being flexible in a Rover position, working in different areas as required
• Assisting across the facility to ensure smooth production flow

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A proven track record of excellent attendance, reliability, and flexibility
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in wood manufacturing
• Experience using skill saws, hand tools, and power tools
• The ability to work in a physically demanding job involving bending, kneeling, stopping, twisting, and lifting 50 to 75 lbs. on a semi-consistent basis
• A strong work ethic with punctuality and attendance as priorities
• Focus on safety and adherence to safety policies
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
