Consistent full-time schedule. Day and swing shifts available.

What You'll Earn $26.00–$28.00 per hour depending on experience

Overtime paid at time-and-a-half $2,500+ referral bonuses

This is hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.

Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for up to 10 hours

Work safely around moving mechanical equipment

Comfortable in loud conditions with airborne sawdust

Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor temperatures
