Maintenance & Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking a Maintenance & Manufacturing Technician to support aircraft component work in a composite blade shop environment.

Maintenance & Manufacturing Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 23.54 to $ 29.61 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Perform cleaning, benching, sawing, masking, assembly, disassembly, touch-up, and testing of aircraft parts and components
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment while following technical drawings, manuals, SOPs, and regulatory requirements (FAA, OEM, etc.)
- Document work accurately, complete part marking per specifications, and maintain required records and administrative tasks (time entry, training)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and returning parts while supporting general shop duties as directed
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to team productivity and quality initiatives
- Travel as needed and support team development by training or mentoring employees when qualified
Maintenance & Manufacturing Technician
Qualifications:
- Aviation experience (1+ year preferred), metalworking knowledge a plus, and ability to travel domestically or internationally preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license required
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, technical manuals, and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on ability to perform basic maintenance and manufacturing tasks
- Skilled in using basic tools and equipment with good problem-solving ability
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
