Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Shift: 4:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Thursday. Overtime may be required.

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provides horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

• Demonstrate capability in assembling finished and semi-finished parts.
• Perform repetitive motions following a prescribed routine.
• Able to read and comprehend prints.
• Able to operate required machinery in the area.
• Understand proper quality control standards and perform QC inspections.
• Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals in a timely manner.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience welding is a plus.
• Able to read tape measure, pressure gauge, level and square.
• Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Works in Production Shop.
• Exposure to continual noise daily from machines.
• Exposure to extreme hot/cold weather conditions.

• Able to sit or stand for 10 hours at a time.
