CNC Programming using Fusion and/or BobCAD-CAM
Program, set up and operate various machines, including 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes, with minimal supervision.
Load, adjust, and edit CNC programs; write basic tooling programs.
Perform advanced quality inspections and apply blueprint/GD&T knowledge.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure proper documentation and processes.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Support additional tasks like spot-checking parts and deburring as needed.
REQUIREMENTS- 5+ years of CNC machining experience required.
- Experience on 3,4,5 axis mills required.
- Knowledge and ability to understand "G" and "M" codes required.
- Able to work within tight tolerances.
- Able to use precision measuring tools.
- Able to comprehend and read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Able to follow directions in a fast-paced production environment.
