Join a cabinet, reception desks, and countertops manufacturing company in Salem as a Shop Helper and enjoy a hands-on, fast-paced environment making a difference every day. As a Shop Helper, you'll assist in a busy plant environment working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork.
Your role is key to supporting production, handling deliveries, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. What You'll Do As a Shop Helper, you will be responsible for:
Helping in the plant working on custom residential cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork Assisting with deliveries when needed Sanding parts Cleaning parts Scraping parts Assembling cabinets Building up of counter top parts Loading and unloading trucks Sweeping and cleaning up the shop What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
The ability to lift and maneuver 50 pounds A valid driver's license and a good driving record for the last 3 years (preferred but not mandatory) Previous woodworking experience or interest in woodworking (desirable but not mandatory) Construction skills are helpful and relatable Comfort with stooping, bending, and twisting throughout the shift Why Join Us in Salem? Schedule:
