Georgia-Pacific’s Wauna Mill in Clatskanie, OR is seeking a Shift Area Leader to oversee mill operations, logistics, and maintenance with safety as the top priority. You will coordinate with operations, maintenance, and Mill Leadership to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
Roles follow a rotating 4 day on, 4 day off schedule with a focus on supervisory-like responsibilities, incident command during critical breakdowns, and continuous improvement of uptime and efficiency.
