Position Summary

Pride Staff is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Fermentation Tech for a premier beverage manufacturing facility in Bend.

In this role, you will be directly involved in the hands-on production of fermented beverages from brewing through finished product preparation. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will follow strict safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines to ensure every batch meets precise standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with brewing, fermentation, or food manufacturing experience looking to grow their technical skill set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce finished fermented beverages according to established recipes, procedures, and production standards.
  • Perform brewing, fermentation, flavoring, and carbonation processes.
  • Complete accurate production documentation, batch records, inventory tracking, and shift reporting.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance and quality control checks throughout the fermentation process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment adhering strictly to GMP, SQF, and sanitation standards.
  • Safely operate and maintain production equipment, including pumps and sanitation systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to hit daily production goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in brewing, fermentation, food production, or general manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to closely follow established recipes and technical procedures.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and spreadsheets (Google Workspace is a plus).
  • Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 55 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting that may be loud, humid, refrigerated, or subject to varying temperatures.
