Freres Engineered Wood seeks a Plant 3 Plywood Plant Superintendent to lead the plywood production team in a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment. You will supervise shift supervisors, coordinate with Plant Manager and owners, and ensure quality, on-time delivery within budget.
You will interact with multiple departments, vendors, and customers while driving safety, efficiency, and process improvements. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential in this role.
