Holland, OH $18/HR | Temp-to-Hire | Full Benefits at Hire Full-Time | Train on 1st Shift for 30 Days

After successful training, choose a 10 AM, 11 AM, or 12 PM start time and work an 8–10 hour shift.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current, updated resume showing (you have been at the same job for at least 1yr, verifiable)
• Verifiable professional references
• Basic computer and math skills; calculator use
• Must accurately read a tape measure to 1/32 "

• Prepare, trim, strip, splice, and organize negatives for production
• Mark up negatives and plates according to specifications
• Verify barcodes and maintain accurate production records
• Set up, pour, and process photopolymer plates
• Perform mechanical or hand pours as needed
• Monitor proofs and plate quality and adjust exposure/thickness
• Perform measurements, distortion calculations, and quality checks
• Record material usage and production time in Cyframe
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Perform light equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow technical procedures and production specifications
• Basic computer skills
• Production tracking system experience preferred
• Manufacturing, printing, or prepress experience is a plus
