Experienced Forklift Driver

Compensation: $19–$20/hour, based on your professional background

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to become a key member of our active manufacturing and production facility located in Harrisburg, Oregon. Our ideal team member is a reliable, safety-conscious professional who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on workplace.

Successful applicants will bring a background in forklift operation and feel confident handling material transport, truck loading and unloading, product staging, and general production support.

• Operate heavy machinery to transport goods and supplies across the site efficiently
• Manage the loading and unloading of freight vehicles
• Transport lumber, raw components, and completed goods between various production zones
• Organize inventory and supplies to ensure seamless production and shipping workflows
• Support the broader shipping and receiving department with daily tasks
• Ensure all inventory is stored systematically in designated areas
• Conduct routine equipment checks to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the entire team
• Adhere strictly to all internal safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with production and warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Provide support for various warehouse and production assignments as required

• Proven history of operating forklifts is essential
• Prior experience driving a forklift within industrial, lumber, or manufacturing settings is preferred
• Possession of a current forklift operator certification is considered an advantage
• Demonstrate a strong dedication to maintaining a secure workplace for all colleagues
• Maintain consistent attendance and a dependable professional work ethic
• Show the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
• Exhibit high attention to detail and the capacity to follow precise directions
• Thrive in a high-energy, physically demanding work environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. when necessary
• Demonstrate a flexible attitude toward assisting with general warehouse and production duties
