Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Inventory Coordinator will perform cycle counts and monthly inventory as needed. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory. Duties include verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and possess the ability to count and track inventory through the use RF Scanners.
Ideal candidate must be willing to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Must be dependable, a team player and have good communication skills.
- Receive inbound loads with RF Scan gun.
- Conduct cycle counts of bulk, finished products and packaging materials using RF Scanners.
- Verify inbound documents to ensure received product is accurate.
- Back-up shipping clerk as needed which includes checking inbound and outbound trucks in, scheduling appointment, closing outbound and inbound orders.
- Assist in packaging as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
