Salary Range: $71,000.00 - $88,000.00 Salary/year
Job Shift: Third
What you will do- Lead and support production team members in daily operations
- Promote safe work practices and quality standards
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Support production planning, scheduling, and equipment operation
- Partner with plant leadership to drive efficiency and improvement

- Production or manufacturing experience in a plant setting
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead teams in a fast paced environment

Qualifications Required EducationBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a supervisory role within a production environment may be considered.
Required Experience- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving operational goals.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in a manufacturing setting.
