Aerospace Production Supervisor

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies seeks an Aerospace Production Supervisor to lead aluminum investment casting operations in our Salem, OR facility. This role oversees a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of complex aerospace components. Responsibilities include managing daily workflows, assigning labor, monitoring KPIs, and driving root-cause problem solving. The supervisor partners with engineering, quality, and maintenance to optimize processes, train and coach operators, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold rigorous aerospace and customer standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day aerospace casting production activities on the shop floor
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Plan and prioritize schedules, resources, and labor to meet production targets
• Monitor KPIs and production metrics; drive corrective actions as needed
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members through training and feedback
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance on process improvements
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and downtime
