Shipping and Receiving Clerk

PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support our advanced aluminum casting operations in Salem, OR. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; prepare, package, and ship finished aerospace and industrial components; and maintain accurate inventory and documentation. You will operate forklifts and material handling equipment, coordinate with production and logistics teams, and ensure all shipments meet quality, safety, and customer requirements in a fast-paced, precision-focused manufacturing environment with strong training and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare, package, and ship finished aerospace and industrial castings per customer and carrier requirements
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in warehouse or ERP systems
• Label, stage, and organize materials and finished goods for efficient material flow
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in accordance with procedures
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet shipment deadlines
• Perform basic quality and damage checks on incoming and outgoing materials
