PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is hiring a Wax Cleaning Trainee to support production of high integrity aluminum investment castings for aerospace and industrial customers. In this entry level role, you will learn to clean, inspect, and prepare wax patterns, remove imperfections using hand tools, and follow detailed work instructions to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Working in a safety focused, precision manufacturing environment, you'll receive hands on training, follow strict quality and documentation standards, and collaborate with experienced technicians.

This role offers growth into advanced casting, inspection, or production positions within a global industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare wax patterns for aluminum investment castings
  • Inspect wax patterns for defects, damage, or surface imperfections
  • Remove excess wax and imperfections using hand tools and basic equipment
  • Follow detailed work instructions, travelers, and quality procedures
  • Handle, store, and label parts to maintain traceability and prevent damage
  • Meet safety, housekeeping, and 5
  • S standards in a manufacturing environment
  • Communicate issues and quality concerns to leads or technicians
  • Support production flow by organizing work areas and staging parts
  • Document basic production and inspection information as required
  • Participate in training to progress to higher skill production roles
