PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking a Mold Press Operating Technician to support production of high integrity aluminum investment castings for aerospace and industrial markets. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor mold press equipment, verify molds meet quality and dimensional requirements, and follow precise work instructions and safety procedures. You will perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and accurate production documentation.
Working in a precision driven, collaborative environment, you'll receive hands on training and opportunities to grow in advanced manufacturing and casting operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor mold press equipment for aluminum investment castings
- Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
- Inspect molds and parts for quality, dimensional accuracy, and defects
- Record production data and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform routine cleaning, checks, and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Collaborate with teammates, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues
- Handle materials, molds, and tooling safely in an industrial environment
