We are partnering with a well-established advanced manufacturing company specializing in composite materials and component manufacturing. The company has an internationally recognized reputation for solving complex manufacturing challenges involving Carbon Fiber, E-Glass, Fiberglass, and other advanced composite materials. Their work supports a wide range of industries, including aerospace, aviation, automotive, industrial, defense, medical, and consumer markets. With extensive experience in composite component manufacturing and tooling, this organization provides technicians with the opportunity to work on specialized projects while developing valuable technical skills.

Composite Technicians will perform a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks involving composite tools, parts, and assemblies. Depending on experience and skill level, responsibilities may include prepreg layup, infusion processing, trimming, bonding, assembly, tool preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.

• Perform composite manufacturing operations including prepreg layup, infusion processing, trimming, bonding, and assembly.
• Work with a variety of composite materials used in tools, parts, and assemblies.
• Read and follow travelers, SOPs, drawings, specifications, work orders, and engineering documentation.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for production.
• Perform material handling and equipment setup as required.
• Accurately document labor, materials, and process information.
• Inspect work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
• Identify and communicate technical issues, defects, and production concerns to supervisors or engineering.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement and process development initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, composite, or other hands-on technical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, travelers, work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools.
• Ability to identify and select materials and supplies according to specifications.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
• Effective verbal communication skills with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and seek clarification when needed.
• Dependable and able to follow direction.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to wear required PPE.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with assistance.
