They are looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Assembly & Trim Technicians.

Job Summary

The Assembly & Trim Technician will perform a variety of hands-on manufacturing tasks involving the trimming, sanding, bonding, assembly, and finishing of composite parts and assemblies. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn specialized manufacturing processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform composite assembly and trim operations, including trimming, sanding, bonding, joining, and final assembly
  • Read and follow travelers, SOPs, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Maintain quality standards and follow established manufacturing procedures
  • Accurately document labor, materials, and process information
  • Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for production
  • Perform material handling and equipment setup as needed
  • Identify and communicate technical issues, defects, and production concerns to supervisors or engineering
  • Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet production schedules
  • Support continuous improvement and process development initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-free work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
What You Need to Have
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or composite experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow travelers, work instructions, work orders, and engineering specifications
  • Ability to safely use a variety of hand tools
  • Ability to identify and select materials and supplies according to specifications
  • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and craftsmanship
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
  • Ability to listen, ask questions, and seek clarification when needed
  • Dependable and able to follow direction
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to wear required PPE
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. with assistance
