Shift: 5:00am 3:30pm Monday Thursday
Overtime may be required

KEITH Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. The companys state-of-the‑art production facility in Madras, Oregon operates using Lean Manufacturing practices. We are seeking high performance team members with a commitment to quality work with a positive attitude.

• Respond to Andon calls by team members.
• Cover team member absenteeism.
• Team member training and cross‑training.
• Ensure standardized work is followed.
• Perform daily QC audits.
• Facilitate small group activities (daily tier board & Safety meetings).
• On-going continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure parts/materials are supplied to process/line.
• Maintain a customer first mindset for productivity and quality.
• Maintain 6S in work area.
• Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals in a timely manner.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
• May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre‑employment drug screening.
• One year of KEITH experience preferred.
• Machining experience preferred.
• Able to read a tape measure, calipers, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Lean experience preferred.
• Lead by example with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office:
  Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Exposure to continual noise daily from machines
• Exposure to intense light and hot materials

• Able to sit or stand for 10 hours at a time
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
