Prismatic Production Technician
The Prismatic Production Technician is responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling orders, verifying product formulas, operating production equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Drum/Bucket Dumping Process
Demonstrate proficiency in the drum/bucket dumping process, including understanding the equipment and safety protocols.
Safely and efficiently handle drums and buckets of raw materials, following established procedures.
Fulfilling Orders
Accurately measure and blend according to product formulas and specifications.
Ensure that mixing equipment is properly maintained for accurate results.
Verifying Product Formulas
Review and verify product formulas to ensure correct ingredients and quantities are used.
Communicate any discrepancies or issues with formulas to the Production Lead or Production Supervisor.
Pulling Raw Materials and Weighing Additives
Retrieve raw materials from inventory based on formula needs.
Weigh and measure additives accurately according to formula requirements.
Operating Powder Production Rollers
Operate production rollers to process and mix raw materials.
Packaging Finished Product
Package finished product according to packaging guidelines and specifications.
Ensure that packaging is secure, labeled correctly, and meets quality standards.
Forwarding Finished Product
Transport finished product to the designated area for further processing or shipment.
Follow established procedures for transferring product to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Filling Raw Material Containers
Monitor raw material levels and proactively fill containers as needed to maintain production's needs.
Follow inventory management procedures to ensure adequate supply levels.
Maintaining Cleanliness
Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized to prevent cross-contamination.
Follow cleaning protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Packaging, Bagging, and Labeling
Ensure that all packaging, bagging, and labeling of products are done correctly and in compliance with production standards.
Use double bagging when required to prevent spillage or contamination.
Following Work Priorities
Adhere to work priorities and schedules to meet production goals and deadlines.
Producing 15–20 Colors Per Hour
Consistently produce 15–20 colors per hour as per department standards.
Maintain a consistent pace to ensure accuracy and quality in color mixing and production.
Provides support for one-off tasks or projects.
Assists with special projects and provides support as requested by supervisors or management.
Identifies areas for process improvement and offers suggestions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Maintains open and effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, and other departments.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to powder coating materials and loud noises.
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manufacturing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with inventory management is a plus.
