What You'll Do As a Utility Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently around the facility.
- Using a front-end loader to fill fertilizer bins and assist with loading and unloading tasks.
- Supporting warehouse and production duties, including general labor and organizational tasks.
- Providing maintenance support around the plant and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency throughout the facility.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience operating a forklift (required).
- Ability to operate a front-end loader or similar equipment (preferred, but not required).
- Physical strength and stamina to perform labor and maintenance tasks.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes, including occasional Saturday work.
